We are looking for students who are interested in various aspects of biodiversity, sexual selection and speciation. Feel free to contact the lab or our PI directly.

Below are examples of research projects (UROPS) and final year projects (FYP) that are being pursued by undergraduates.

Student  Projects

Molecular estimation of polyandry  in the wild using Next Generation Sequencing (FYP)
Postcopulatory barriers to reproduction in recently diverged Dicranosepsis species (FYP)
The effects of temperature fluctuation on reproductive traits across closely related species and populations (FYP)

Reproductive endosymbionts in Singaporean insect species (UROPS)
Cuticular hydrocarbon variation in Drosophila melanogaster (UROPS)
Polyandry and speciation: a  literature review (UROPS)
